MEETING SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES

Summer or Winter Social Sponsorship Package:

Cost - $500 Winter Social $1000 Summer Social

• The company/firm’s information will be included on each communication sent out to the membership (and website) regarding the meeting that is being sponsored. 
• Company name/information will be included on a ‘table tent’ at the sponsored meeting. [Please provide a company logo and/or full name, as well as a short explanation of your area of expertise.]
• Exclusive recognition for these events.  

Annual Sponsor package:
Cost - $1,000.00 for the season [payment due by August 31st]

Includes:

• The company/firm’s information will be included in each communication sent out to the membership for the season.
• Special recognition will be given on our webpage.
• Company name/information will be included on a ‘table tent’ at each meeting.
•  The annual sponsor can place material for the membership on each table at the event. [Please provide a company logo and/or full name, as well as a short explanation of your area of expertise.]
• PP slide is displayed at the beginning of each presentation. 
• Sponsorship recognition at each meeting.
• Sponsor ribbon on the bottom of name tags. 
• Sponsor spotlight cameo.  3-5 minute introduction at the beginning of each program for one annual sponsor on a rotating basis.
