Meeting/Annual Sponsor Packages

Should you wish to sponsor a specific event or the entire year, please review the below information and let us know.  

MEETING SPONSORSHIP PACKAGES


Per meeting package:
Cost - $200 (7 meetings, held September, October, November, January, February, March and May)

Includes: Company/firm’s information will be included on each communication sent out to the membership (and website) regarding the meeting that is being sponsored. Company name/information will be included on a ‘table tent’ at the sponsored meeting. [Please provide a company logo and/or full name, as well as a short explanation of your area of expertise.]

 


Annual Sponsor package:
Cost - $1,200.00 for the season [payment due by August 31st]

Includes: Company/firm’s information will be included on each communication sent out to the membership for the season. Special recognition will be given on our webpage. Company name/information will be included on a ‘table tent’ at each meeting. Annual sponsor can hang a banner (location to be determined) at each meeting. Annual sponsor can place material for the membership on each table at the event. [Please provide a company logo and/or full name, as well as a short explanation of your area of expertise.]
